Club Kit - We need to recognise our own members and publicise the club.

All Personel items must be clearly marked with full name.

Bedding is provided in dormitory accomodation.

4 to a room under supervision - there are adults from our club who will be with the children.

Make your own way to the college to arrive no later than 16:45.

16:30 - 17:00 - Check in at Atlantic College, St. Donats

17:30 - 18:15 - Evening meal in Castle

19:15 - Assemble in main hall dressed in club Tshirt

19:30 - Official opening and introduction - Colour Party to bring in club flag

20:30 - Entertainment at student's community centre, tuck shop, karaoke and disco.

22:30 - Dormitory lights out

23:00 - Camp lights out

Weekend Activities

Every child will be put into their respective age group and shown to each activity below. They will be coached by Welsh Club coaches on the Saturday and take their awards on Sunday

1. Fitness and Educational Coaching

2. Sea Otter Training Awards 1,2,3 (First Aid)

3. Outdoor Games

4. Starfish Training Awards 1,2,3 (Beach Safety)

5. Swimming Pools (Water Safety and Games)

6. Seahorse Training Awards 1,2,3 (Rescue Breathing)

Breakfast - 07:45

Lunch - 12:30

Evening Meal - 17:30

Please advise if you require vegetarian dishes etc.

Please collect your child no later than 15:00 on Sunday. Please report to

Pen-y-bont Nipper Coach when you have collected you child.

Please note that bad behaviour will be severly delt with and may resuly in being sent home.
